We are reaching out to you today regarding Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and related operational information and updates. 
The health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities are very important. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing as well as questions about how you can communicate with us.

National leaders claim best practice we can adopt for our client’s safety and ours is social distancing. In that vein, we are suspending in-person meetings and expanding our digital service and communication.
 

DIGITAL MEETINGS

We have been doing digital meetings for many years now. If that’s new to you please note we will help you. A “digital meeting” allows you to access our screen with the same meeting material that can include real-time exchange as well.  You can use your phone, laptop, or PC. Our digital client solution at www.mywealthchart.com. Here we can share documents in a secure place we both control.

We want you to have access to your accounts as necessary should there be some unforeseen circumstances.  Therefore, if you require immediate assistance, please contact Schwab Alliance at (800) 515-2157. They are aware of the possible issues and will try to help accommodate your situation. Please Note:  we are unable to accept any trading instructions left on the e-mail or voice mail system. 

We may be faced with unexpected challenges.  As a contingency, we have the ability to work remotely. Many of our business relationships are digital such as Schwab, Orion, Salesforce, and E-mail, etc. are headquartered in other parts of the country.   Of course, we realize your situation may be different.
